Return Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your ILYANA purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that:
- The product is unused and unopened
- The product is in its original packaging
- The original receipt or proof of purchase is provided
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened or used products
- Products without original packaging
- Products purchased on sale or with a discount code
- Gift cards
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item
We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible by offering a replacement or full refund.
How to Return
Step 1 . Contact us at orders@ilyanaskin.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Step 2 . Share your order number and reason for return.
Step 3 . Our team will guide you through the return process and provide the return address.
Step 4 . Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 3–5 business days.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
At this time we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item and place a new order.
